Everything I do is focused on making disciples who are relational, intentional, and equipped.

Currently, I serve as the Director of Innovation and Advancement for Navigator Church Ministries. There are many facets to what I do, but each one is focused on making disciples:

  • Growing Intentional Disciplemaking Cultures - An adaptable three year process designed to plant a disciple making culture within the local church.

  • Speaking - Delivering Scriptural, engaging, and inspirational messages in church services, leadership retreats, and conferences to spur people on in being and making disciples.

  • Workshops - My workshops are carefully crafted to equip participants through interaction and application. Each workshop is sharply focused on an aspect of individual or church discipleship.

  • Testimonials - Trust is important. I am deeply committed to serving church leaders. I do it at a high level. Check out the experience of these pastors who I’ve worked with directly.

I am located in Dayton, Ohio, I walk alongside pastors and church leaders (from Dayton to Asia) to make disciple makers. As pastors and church leaders embrace Jesus' vision to make disciples, their lives are changed. From there, I help them to intentionally build cultures of disciple makers within their church. Here's why...

Recall Jesus' life. Consider that His entire relationship with the Twelve took place within the context of disciple making. Their relationship begins in Matthew 4:19, "'Come follow me,' Jesus said, 'and I will make you fishers of men.'" The purpose of Jesus' call was to make them fishers of men. The final word on their earthly relationship is Matthew 28:19, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations..."

Everything in between happened in the context of disciple making. Jesus models, instructs, rebukes, corrects, and inspires solely within this context. No wonder the disciples didn't need cajoled into fulfilling their mandate to make disciples! It was the very thing they'd been working towards since they met Jesus!

In the context of disciple making God makes his love clear to us. He wants us to be a part of building His global Kingdom. He has a specific and vital role for each of us to play. Nothing else can completely fulfill the desires He's created within humans. In disciple making we must love God and love others deeply.

When we labor together in this common purpose we are worshipping Him, we are bringing Him glory, we are like Him, and we are telling others about Him. As a Christ follower, personally making disciples is your purpose and it's mine.
